The home-style food tastes great, the portions are large and the salads are wonderful too. I have been coming to Illmensee with my family for years and I look forward every time! Friendly staff and rustic parlor also impress with their charm. We recommend.

We crashed into the evening at 8 p.m. without registration with 15 people. They were welcomed and served in a friendly manner. The young lady from the service was a little taken by surprise and confused by us, which she easily woke up. We ordered everything the menu offered and it was served in a pleasant time frame. Food was very good, everything civil and portions were absolutely sufficient. Gladly again

Great place to eat! The staff is friendly and the food tastes good too. I only give four stars because the chairs are uncomfortable. And that's actually very important to me because I want to enjoy my meal and not have any back pain afterwards. But keep it up!

We arrived in the middle of the week without registration at 8 p.m. with 15 hungry people. We were welcomed in a very friendly manner and served immediately. The food with many different wishes was prepared quickly and very tasty. The service was always calm and was always available if there were requests. All in all a wonderful restaurant, top service, you are happy to come there

We were here for a week and it was great! Petra and Leo were super nice and the food was always delicious! Simple rooms, clean! Short walk to Illmensee, beautiful outdoor pool with boat rental. Great starting point for motorcycle tours. Thank you!

Excellent food, steak with extra pepper in the sauce, salmon trout, schnitzel delicious salad. Everything was great and at a reasonable price. But rather book a table.

Excellent food and very nice and attentive service. The sausage salad deserves the title "Best in Town" Also the steaks and especially the Wildwochen are highly recommended.

Greater side salad was served as a salad for 11.50 € and in spite of complaints not touched up.Not recommended for SalatEsser.
